5-night Full festival passes will give you entry into all the workshops, classes, live music and general festivities from 6pm on the 28th December to 12pm on the 2nd January.

​

If you would like to come earlier, or stay on after to enjoy some down time then camping is charged at R220 per person per night, and should be booked separately and preferably in advance so we can plan accordingly.

If you would like to move from Camping to Accommodation after the festival please let us know in advance to avoid disappointment.

VOLUNTEERING​

Want to be part of the team that brings the magic to life? 

​

Festival of Friends runs from 28 December – 2 January, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers to help make it all happen. You'll work around 4 hours per day (some days may be a little longer and others shorter for e.g if you work 6 hours one days, you will only work 2 another day), leaving you with plenty of time to enjoy the festival too.

Important dates:

• 26 December: Arrival, set up camp and settle in.

• 27 December: Festival set-up begins, training and team meetings. 

• 28 December – 2 January: Festival.

• Volunteers are expected to stay until 2 January, with the option to stay until 4 January to help with strike

​

What you'll need to bring:

Your own tent, mattress, bedding, and everything you'll need for camping.

What you'll get:

A free Festival of Friends ticket
Free camping from 26 December until the end of your volunteer stay
Dinner every evening while you're volunteering

We're looking for people who are friendly, committed, reliable, on time, and ready to jump in wherever needed. While you're on shift, you'll need to be sober, present, and ready to give it your all.

Volunteering is an incredible way to meet new people, learn new skills, and experience the Festival of Friends from the inside. If you're excited to work hard, have fun, and become part of our festival family, we'd love to hear from you!

WILD SPIRIT LODGE ACCOMMODATION

There will be an additional accommodation charge for staying in the Wild Spirit lodge, which has a limited amount of Private rooms, Safari tents and Dorm beds (ONLY DORMS CURRENTLY STILL AVAILABLE).

Minimum stay is 5 nights over the duration of the event. 

No reduction in price will be given for staying less than 5 nights on the premises. 

Lodge accommodation needs to be paid in full by the person making the booking.

Disclaimer: The Wild Spirit lodge is run as a separate entity over New Years Eve. It will be totally full and at capacity.

As such, all Lodge facilities and amenities (such as catering, kitchens, dining area and communal ablutions) will be reserved for in-house lodge guests only. Overuse of the above amenities creates chaos and stress for all festival guests & staff.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

​Festival Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy
All festival ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable if your travel plans change or you are unable to attend for any reason. If you are no longer able to attend, your ticket may be resold or transferred to another person. Please ensure that any ticket transfer is communicated to the festival team so we can update the attendee details. In the unlikely event that Wild Spirit Festival is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders will receive a voucher to the full value of their ticket, redeemable towards a future Wild Spirit Festival or accommodation at Wild Spirit Lodge. The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the festival programme, artists, workshops or schedule without this constituting grounds for a refund

ARRIVAL

1. Please have your ticket handy for the Gate & remember your ID

2. Armbands and dated stickers for your car will be issued at the Registration Station

3. Please check in between 12pm-5pm on day of arrival
