Before you fill out your application form please ensure that you have read all the info on this site.
If you proceed with your application it will be assumed that you are in agreement with our principles, ethos and festival guidelines.
This application is a necessary submission for every INDIVIDUAL adult wanting to celebrate the New Year at Wild Spirit, even if you have already booked your stay with us.
If you are enquiring on behalf of friends who are joining you, please direct them to this site and ask them to read it thoroughly and apply independently.
Applications will be assessed to ensure that everyone who attends is aligned, prepared and committed to contributing positively to this special event.
Please do not encourage friends to apply who you know will behave in ways which are out of alignment with our ethos. We will ask anyone who causes a scene to leave.
Once submitted, we will contact you to confirm your spot and proceed with the booking of your accommodation or camping.
Tickets are limited.
Processing applications early helps us enormously with all the admin involved in putting this event together so please submit your form as soon as possible to support us and avoid disappointment.

TICKETS & PAYMENT
5-night Full festival passes will give you entry into all the workshops, classes, live music and general festivities from the 28th December to the morning of 2nd January.
If you would like to come a day early, or stay on a few days after to enjoy some down time then camping is charged at R180 per night, and should be booked and paid for upon arrival.
A 50% deposit via EFT will secure your ticket
The balance should be settled upon arrival in CASH only at the Gate
NO CARD facilities at the gate or inside the festival grounds
Your ticket will be confirmed upon acceptance of your application form and once we have received your deposit
Tickets are non refundable but they are transferable, provided an application form is submitted by the person taking over the ticket
3 Day Passes are strictly limited and by prior arrangement only
No ticket purchases at the Gate

TICKETS ARE LIMITED TO 500 IN TOTAL.
PLEASE NOTE: GATE CLOSES AT 5PM EVERY DAY.
LATE ARRIVALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT
OPTION 1: Standard Full festival Happy Camper, 5 nights (camping in your own tent) - R1750
OPTION 2: Standard Full festival Lodge Pass, 5 nights (excludes Lodge costs which should be booked and paid for separately) - R875
OPTION 3: 3 Day Pass (staying off-site) - R1200
*Note: 3 Day Pass tickets allow you entry from 08:00 - 00:00 on the 29th and 30th, and 08:00 - 02:00 on the 31st December.
This time-frame allows you to catch the early yoga classes and daytime activities and stay on until the last band has played.
This 3 Day pass is for those of you staying off-site/elsewhere.
ALL DAY PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED BY THE 28TH DEC.

WILD SPIRIT LODGE ACCOMMODATION
There will be an additional accommodation charge if you are staying in the Wild Spirit lodge, which has a limited amount of Private rooms, Safari tents and Dorm beds available.
No reduction in prices will be given for staying less than 5 nights on the premises.
If you have booked to stay in the Wild Spirit Lodge, your 5-day Festival Pass should be purchased separately to your accommodation expenses.
Please confirm availability BEFORE filling in your application form to ensure we have space for you in the Lodge.
Once we have confirmed your accommodation type, you can select the ticket option applicable to you on the application form.
Disclaimer: The Wild Spirit lodge is run as a separate entity over New Years Eve. It will be totally full and at capacity.
As such, all Lodge facilities and amenities (such as catering, kitchens, dining area and communal ablutions) will be reserved for in-house lodge guests only. Overuse of the above amenities creates chaos and stress for all festival guests & staff.

If we cancel:
If the powers that be unavoidably dictate that this event should be cancelled at the last minute, the full amount paid for your festival ticket will be 100% convertible into either an accommodation voucher to be used at Wild Spirit within the next 5 years or a festival pass for the following year’s festival - as per your choice.
If you cancel:
Tickets are not refundable but they are TRANSFERABLE to another person. Should your plans change and you are unable to attend, please let us know who will be taking over your ticket no later than the 23rd December. We will need time to process their application form before we can confirm the transfer.

Please save all Proof of Payments for the Gate & remember your ID & Reference number
Armbands and dated stickers for your car will be issued at the Registration Station
Please check in between 11am-5pm on day of arrival
