No card facilities at the Gate. Please bring cash for bar and stalls.

Q: What are the festival arrival and departure times?

A:
Arrival: From 28 December, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm (late arrivals by prior arrangement)

Departure: 12:00 pm on 2 January

Cash for balance, bar & stalls (Card facilities will not be available, there is an ATM at the local garage which is a 10 minute drive away)
Collect armbands + car sticker at Registration (between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm on 28 December)

Wild Spirit will not be serving food but there will be food stalls by the main stage.

Botanical Buddha Bar: 16:00–00:00

Deck Bar: 11:00–16:00 (Open Mic vibes)

Food: 3–4 food stalls

Forest campsite (first come, first served)
Campervans who have a car pass will be allowed to park in the campsite. Campervans who do not have a camper van pass will park in the field in front of the parking.
Other cars park in the front field.
Drop & Go zones

Lodge = separate operation with its own bookings.

Lodge facilities are for lodge guests only (Private rooms, safari tents, dorms).

Extra camping: R220 pp/pn (before 28 December and after 2 January, book in advance).

2–8 January: no new bookings — but festival guests may extend.

Tickets non-refundable, but transferable (please notify us by 23 December).
